Ripoff, Fraudulent company

A customer rep called me stating they were with readers services. They wanted to update my information. I already only deal with a company called Readers Services, so I went ahead. I remember asking them if they were the same comoany I was dealing with and they stated yes they were.

They had half of my account information and needed the other form me for security reasons. I agreed. After reviewing my monthly bank statement and finding out htey were a different company, I called to cancel the first time on June 8 or 9. I was told they would not refund my money, but would cancel my order.

On July 8, they took out another 30 dollars and refused to give me back my money. I am out 60 dollars and returned check fees. I hope this happens to no else.
