Direct Withdrawal Overcharged Twice After Dell Contract Ended

I purchased a Dell computer from them and set up a direct withdrawal so the payments would not be late. They were also supposed to take out only 12 payments from this account and then terminate the withdrawal.

After my contract was up with them, I went into the store and talked to a manager about my account because it had been overcharged. The manager told me this would have to be taken up with my bank because they did not know how to take the account out of their computer.

As of July 27, they have overcharged me twice. There is a trail of paperwork trying to get this money back. We have now moved to Fort Knox from Fort Hood, and our phone bill is over the top, but they are not willing to return the money to us.

I think they should be investigated. With all the military at Fort Hood, they are probably making millions overcharging soldiers!
