First she give checks for the mortgaige and I have to send my own checks. After she stopped paying, I used my saving to pay the lender to evict the forclosure and she refused to pay me back. To use my name she gave me $10,000. Now she claimed that she lent me money

I was given $10,000 to use my good credit score by Mrs Goli to buy a condominium (she was a broker for Y Company). The apartment was in my name and she was supposed to make the payments to Y Company. She used to give me checks in my name and I have to send my own checks to pay the mortgage company to evict to see her name. She even rented the apartment for a while and after thet she stopped paying.

We put the condominium for sale, I have to pay the mortgage company to evict foreclosure using all my savings. The sale was under the asking price and Mrs X refused to pay me back all the expenses I have been harrassed every single day by the mortgage company, by the seller...

Now she claimed that she gave me monies, that she had a deed of trust of $11.00 but not signed by me and not notorized and that the rents were paid to me. I did not know even the name of the ex tenant. The responsable of the board of association did never meet me and she always believe that I was used and the real proprietor was Mrs X.

I hired a lawyer but he is not so aggressive. I was very naive and I know I was stupid to believe her son that it will be no risk (her son is a loan officer) I am the victim, lonely and no help or support. Help me please.
