Unpaid rent, bad checks, changed locks, ruined property

Beware of the issues when renting to Lashawn Curtis. She pays rent when she wants to, issues bad checks, if she has an issue with something in the apartment she will not let you fix it unless its a Saturday and she's present, and if you make an attempt to fix the repair of your apartment she will change the locks. She is very argumentive and keeps the place filthy. I have an eviction on her and we are going to court next week for the rent she has not paid. Because I am trying to evict her, she tore up my garage including the motor and the whole thing will have to be replaced. She called the police on me when I tried to show the unit and now she's on their bad side for telling lies. Beware!!!
