Jeff wangsgaurd contacted me when i was having mortgage problems and said hecould help me so i agreed he had me sign a series of papers to create a sheeran family trust what i didnt know was one of the papers i signed deeded the property over to him so after paying him 320000 to pay off my 170000 mortgage he is still saying the property is his and is suing to evict me
