Ripoff TV advertisement, havent recieved 2005 coins

I pre-paid for collectors coins and map. I have yet to receive my 2005 coins. No way of contacting company. Tried searching there address and this usacomplaints.com is the only thing i can come up with. If anyone has any info i would surely appreciate it. I pre-paid with my credit card up until the year of 2010.
