Rented house to Catrina L. Crabtree now living in Tampa, FL. Originaly from Waverly Ohio. She wrote check and stopped payment on hit, for rent. She said she paid utility bills, but did not. She skipped out owing $450 rent and over $600 in utility bills. She then returned to Tampa, Florida where she was arrested for stealing money from her boss. Now she pled guilty and owes them $11,000.
