Scam Artist Ripoff Possibly Tennesse

Faith Dennis is a scam artist. She rented a room in my house, then skipped town without telling us where she went. Shortly she called and said she had a family emergency and that is why she left so suddenly but would be back to pay her share of rent and bills and then would be moving out. That was fine with my roommate and I and we charged her what she owed us for breaking our verbal agreement and she wrote us two checks and left.

Both of her checks bounced and they had a combined total of $900 that she owed us that we then had to come out of our own pockets for. She claimed to be moving to Tennesse to work for the government but I find that hard to believe seeing as she has been sued by everyone for everything from unpaid schoo loans, cell phone bills, writing hot check at the dollar store!

Do not trust Faith Dennis because she will only screw you over and leave you in debt!
