Chris Linzy room mate, skipped out broke lease fraud doesn't pay anyone

Chris answered my ad for a room mate, he said how great he was paid with a money order and gave his mother as a reference. At the time he actually was a OK room mate. 1 day he just skipped out. I come to find out he also skipped out on 2 other apartment complexes and doesn't pay anyone. His check are getting levied and garnished. He still owes me 1 month rent and 1/2 the utilities. And the reason he only pays with money orders is because he bounces a lot of checks. I do belive he now live in Dover FL
