Pamela Sizemore is a rather nasty piece of work. Bragging she had a new house, we went and were HORRFIED at the living conditions. Moldy clothes piled in the floor, sticky, disgusting kitchen floor with dried food, moldy dishes and glasses in the sink. Also empty pop cans strewn about and the smell from the garbage showed that it had sat for day and was leaking out onto the floor. Perhaps the foulest smell ever is in the living room.

Before she took over the house from her brother, their dog crapped and peed on every inch of carpet. Dried feces were present, and it was explained that she had kicked them into the corner to get them out of the way. The front lawn has garbage and dog crap all over.

I became physically ill and asked for the bathroom. There I was confronted with dirty, smelly clothes, a sink covered in scum, and a bathtub rusted and smelling very bad. The toilet had actual stains on the seat from where someone did not wipe real well and didn't bother to clean it up. Urine has stained the floor around the toilet.

She has 3 children who sadly live with her and uses them as emotional weapons against their dad for the explicit purpose of making sure she gets his attention. Her daughter has had CONSTANT head lice for over 10!! Years, due to the fact she 'hates taking all that time to clean it all out'and will not take any child to the doctor unless their dad pays 100% of it, which he does. The children went to live with her to allow us more space, and after the children living with us for almost 6 years, has now decided to slap child support on their dad.

Not one penny went to those kids for 6 years from her, and now that they are staying with her, she has lied and told the court she has always had them. Their dad is facing 30 days in jail and is not well, yet she believes she is really entitled to back support.

I paid her many many many times 100 dollars each time to help her out on the weekend the kids were with her, and perjured herself in court saying she has not had a penny from us. I have receipts. I have our leases which CLEARLY state that the children lived with us, and I have asked for a subpeona for her rental records to prove they were not on the leases she signed.

All in a sad, pathetic, pitiful attempt to break up my marriage (never will happen) and guarantee that she gets to see him at the hearings. Divorced since 1987 and still believes they are soulmates and will be together again. Hahahaha. I don't think so. Also perjured with regards to the health insurance.

Have that proof too and also the proof that I HAD to get food stamps to feed the children since they LIVED WITH US, so now she is facing welfare fraud and will have to pay 80% of the benefits back since she made 2x more than me and if she is claiming she needs support, she cannot get it until that debt is paid back. This amount is 4800.00 and will guarantee that she will face felony fraud for claiming children lived with her and did not in an effort to obtain child support.

Good luck Ms. Sizemore. You will need it when the govt steps in and starts asking why she is trying to claim such things and then allowing a notarized letter acknowledging a complete custody handover so that we could obtain public housing. The truth is an allergy to her, and not seen ever.
