Child Abuser and Bad Tenant

Shella Noelle Marsters is a Abusive Mother and A Horrible Tenant, when she lived here in saint joseph missouri, most to all the houses occupied by her got riped apart and left a terrible mess... She also abused her fiances children, locked them in their rooms and left them without food at times and barely ever bathed them, their are reports of her sexually harming one of the children and repeately beating them and hitting them. She moved down to texas 3 years ago an in this past year she was found out by the Waco texas authorities to be living in condition more then discusting and vile. Her 2 children in which one being my fiances child. Both kids were found playing in the middle of the street with a bucket of gasoline and had worn at least 6 hour old diapers. The police had to break down her door and it took them 20 minutes to awake her boyfriend who was passed out in the back room, the houses condition were, no running water, animal dropping from one end to the other, both toilets stopped up, and trash and junk everywhere. Her 2 children were placed under state care and she was charged with child endangerment and neglect, plus child abuse... When we came down to texas to do the court date and see the kids i noticed several scars on the children and they acted very scared and paranoid, i witness that the older brother left the room to use the bathroom the younger brother ran his head into the wall and screamed bloody murder. These children were placed in the custody of their grandmother in Corpus Christy Texas and she is the mother to the abuser we speak, probably alowing her daughter to live their as well, these children are in danger and disearve to be with their father... All i ask is to spread the word of her being an abusive mother cause she has done this twice already and may still do it again if these kids are placed back in her care...
