Citi Bank Sears Credit Services ripoff ro employees and customers alike

Citi Cards is a huge ripoff! They cheat their employees out of hundreds of dollars a month on their paychecks and when you go to HR they tell you to call this 800 # who has no answers eighter and you just get the run around and no anwers and you never recive the money that you were not paid. As far as there sick time is concerned they are very predudest as to who gets more sick time. I was out sick for a week [5 days] and had been to the hospital, when I came back they were giong to fire me! Even though I still had sick time left. There was another person who was out for three weeks and had no sick time left and was not even sick, she ws just having childcare issues, and they let her come back. When I asked my boss [Randall] about it he said they could not fire her because she had four kids. I said 'well I have three kids and you were going to fire me' he replied "well her kids dad is not around to help and yours is". So they punish you if your not a single parent apparently.

Citi cards also put us through training, they basically taught us how to lie to customers. When we would ask for an explanation on something they would not even give us the answer, because they didn't want us to give it to the customer. When we asked what kind of explanation we should give the customer we were told "Just tell them what they want to hear ans get them off the phone" it didn't matter to them that we were not servicing the cust at all. They told us to lie and tell cust things that were not any way the truth, they told us to tell cust things would be corrected then we were instructed not to correct them.

My boss in particular at citi was very sexiest. If I needed help with something and one of the guys asked for help with something he would stop helping me to go help one of the men. He made a comment to me one day that I took to HR and they did nothing. He had told me "thats ok that your an airhead your just a girl and all girls are airheads". He said this to me just because I had asked him a question and apparently interuppted his time.

So in conclusion Citi bank is a horrible place to work and a horrible place to do buisiness and they rip you off no matter what!
