DEAD BEAT LOSER ripoff Default in Payment Theif of sevices

We have a plumbing and heating company in mount pocono pa, mike caprista hired us to help complete a bathroom in a addition he was doing. Job was compleated. Mike collected the money from the home owner "for the plumber" and never paid us. The sum was 2500.00. The home owner contacted us to set the fixtures (which he already had paid for) leaving it up to home owner to pay twice.
He also goes under the name of home owners choice. We have been to his house in nazareth and he still lives there. He also has a garage building buiness called gaumers garage world in allentown.

We are out our $2500.00 and the home owner is out $18,000.00 for a uncompleated job. From what i understand at the date of my report mr caprista was arrested and being held on bond. We have filed a judgement against him. He is a "dead beat loser"
