Mike Caprista hired my husband to do architectural drawings for several remodeling projects. Told him they needed sets of drawings to take to the bank to get construction loans and then he would be paid.
My husband took him on with a "gentlemen's handshake" and provided all the necessary blueprints for 6 different projects last summer.
Despite monthly billings, attorney threats, this man owes us in excess of $4,000. He obviously is no gentlemen. Do not, I repeat, do not ever contract this man or his company if you want your work done on a timely basis or any basis judging by the other reports I am now reading.
