I was away for Thanksgiving and had hired a pet setter to feed my cat. She was entering my home using the key pad on the garage. On Friday I received an emergency call from the pet setter. She stated someone had tried to enter my home by prying on the garage door and the key pad would no longer lift the door because of the damage. I placed a call to Clozermatic Garage Door and explained my situation. I was put in touch with the owner, Jeremey Ostrow, who told me he would personally go to my home, meet with the pet setter, and ensure her safe access to my home. He not only repaired the garage door, he remained with the pet setter to ensure her safe entry. He was able to recognize that the damage was not caused by a breakin attempt, rather an over zealous mother-in-law that was stopping by to visit the home alone cat! It all turned out well and I was able to continue to enjoy my holiday as a result of the prompt and courteous service I received from Clozermatic. Thanks.
