All Valley Builders And Remodelers Owner: Michael Caprista Took the money and ran. Ripoff! (lehigh Valley Area)

This company took $3500 to "start" a vinyl fence installation job. After months of excuses they came and ripped down my old fence and dug holes all around my yard. I never heard from them since.

They have 2 outstanding suits and one unpaid judgement in Allentown, not including the suit I've filed.

The owner Michael Caprista is avoiding the constable. He's disconnected both his company and home phone number although there is an unlisted number belonging to him still in this area.

The constable said the business address I had for him he had moved out of with no forwarding address. His home address claims he never lived there.

The Better Business Bureau originally had him as a "member in good standing". They were already investigating him when I submitted to them. He is no longer a member.

I had originally found this business at servicemagic.com. He gave them a runaround too and they removed him from their site.

I'm probably going to hire a private investigator to see if he can be found — I work to hard for my money for some loser thief to just steal it!
