I too was a victim of the cybersonic customer service recording until I found a number which has a live person. Once I reached customer service the lady was very helpful and did exactly as I requested. I was wanting to discontinue my automatic shipments of replacement brushes and whitening gel. I made my request and have had no trouble since then so hopefully this number will be valuable to the rest of you as well...

I know this is not a toll free number but once I received this number I did reach a live person so that was very helpful. Maybe you could ask and see if they have a toll free number that is actually answered. Katie also informed me that they are now under new management and that they are trying to resolve their customer sevice issues.
