Replacement Brushes Rip off you never get them

I purchased a Cybersonic toothbrush a while back. I also signed up to have replacement brushes sent to me upon my ordering. This is an eztra charge that is billed to my credit card monthly.

However it has been six months since i have received my last replacement brushes. Every attempt made to contact cybersonic has failed. Eithger the line is busy, a automated recording puts me on hold, or the phone just rings.

I have also attempted to contact this company though e-mail but still no sucess. I am very unhappy with their customer service. I either want my products or my money back.
