I bought this Cybersonic toothbrush over a year ago, with a promise of new brush heads every 3 months. I never received any replacement heads until contacting them on the internet. Then I recieved one set of replacement heads, and now my credit card is being charged for more sets that I have never gotten!
These people must be stopped! When trying to call the "toll-free" number, all you get is the same recording that they are "very busy with customers" and they keep you on the phone waiting, but no one ever answers. I want them to refund me immediately!
