Is A Rip Off on Replacement Brushes/Warning! Do Not Buy This Product!

Cybersonic is a Rip Off on Replacement Brushes. I ordered my cybersonic toothbrush a little over a year ago and never received any of the "free replacement brushes for life" even though I signed up and paid the initial fee for them.

There has been no way to have a conversation with anyone representing cybersonic to remedy this problem. I have called several times and been put directly to a message saying to call back in a few hours. I have done that and still no way to get in contact with the customer service or anyone else. I have emailed them and gotten no response. I have written a letter and sent it regular mail asking for a reply via email, regular mail or by phone and haven't received any response. Cybersonic has the worst customer service I have ever experienced-there is no way to reach the customer service-therefore they have none.
