On 0/08 I received a call from a company called CSS. They said if I pay $790 I could get 2 of my credit cards consolidated with no interest. On 4 I got my first statement there was no interest. I got a statement today and its showing interest fees. I called Discover and they said they never offer no interest specials and had no clue what I was talking about.
