My Citibank Mastercard raised interest from less than 10% to 22. Something on my statement for no cause. If I hadn't noticed it I would have continued, unknowingly to use this high interest card. Check your interest rate on your Citicard. Many credit cards are offering less than 10% and no annual fees.
