I have a Sony Financial Credit account through GE Capital Bank. I received Feb. Statement and there was a balance due that required that it be paid in full to avoid the deferred interest. I paid that balance. (1,150.00) I just received the next statement (04/09) I see on this statement that I have been charged over $400.00 in interest, I did not receive a statement in March which has enabled them to charge the interest on the next deferrment that was due in March... Honestly no statement in March. Customer service telephone line said they couldn't help me so, I closed the account and have no choice I suppose but to pay the interest. Be better than I was at keeping up with monthly statements.
