Work From Home Plan Cancelled but Refund Never Received

I was on the internet and saw an ad for work from home and bought this plan. When I was on its website I decided I did not want this, so I called about 10 minutes later and cancelled it. I called the next day to see when my money would be refunded to me. I talked to a guy named Paul, talked to him 2 times and called about 5 different times, and each time I was told my money would be refunded to me. Almost a month later my charge card still does not have the refund. I was charged 99 dollars for this and I want my money back.
