Charged Again

We ordered a CD from this company and a year and a half later we noticed that they charged us again. We have called and talked to several individuals (Nicole, Bonnie, Pierre, Alex, and Andres). They all said it was a mistake and all of them assured us that they were going to refund our 49.90 and 4.95 for something they called online vault. This has been going on sinse March 16th.

The 4.95 has been refunded twice, and we called and taked to a supervsor named Andres M. At least 4 times and he will not call us back or talk to us when we call them. When we call to talk to Andres M., the supervisor, we are put on hold then his voicemail comes on, so we leave messages after messages and we dont hear back from him. We have faxed over credit card statements dated all the way back to Feburary of 2011 and they have ignored our constant calls trying to get our 49.90 refunded.

We are two simple people who rarely, ever order anything off the internet. This needs to be corrected and our 49.90 refunded Immediately. This company needs to lose our credit card number. It would also help if they would apologize. Money does not grow on trees and we need our Money. I hope you can help us to get our money back. Thank you, Douglas English.
