This manager needs to be fired

The store that is located in Maricopa, AZ has a "General Manager" who is rude, arrogant, and dishonest. My roommate went there one New Year's Eve and spent a couple hours with filling out paperwork, On 06 Jan 14, his wife receives a phone call inquiring about some paperwork that they think he took home. His wife and I go down to the store and present a regular manager with the quoted price sheet and the receipt of the down payment. The manager goes in the office and after about twenty minutes, states that "the auditor" must have shredded it. The wife then does the paperwork all over again and on a number of times was told the washer/dryer were on the truck and between 3pm-7pm it would be delivered. Then about 5:30/6 rolls around and we are told it maybe around 8:15/9 pm before it get to our house. We are told that we are #2 on the list and so we wait. Then about 7:15 we get another call stating they are stuck 20/25 miles from us. We try to ask questions on what is going on. And the General Manager just giving us the run-a-round. We told him that we want our deposit back (which he does) but in the process of this conversation, hangs up on us. When confronted face to face, he was arrogant and he really didn't care about the loss of sale, or loss of paperwork (that does have VERY personal information). I believe this place is not doing thing on the up and up, and would like to know what is going to be done with this shady character.
