Fraud and harassment

Adrian Walker calls saying I had a online payday loan that needed to be paid and taken care of or he would take me to court. He knew my address, ss# and where I worked. I sent 105.00 in dec and 2nd payment was due around Christmas but he said I could wait and send the payment today. I DID SEND ANOTHER PAYMENT TODAY for 105.00 and he told me to call him with a reference number just as I did the first time... So I called today after sending this and a recording says the number is no longer working. I called where I sent the Moneygram from to see if I could have it stopped but was told they are not refundable...
