Tool Department help at Brookfield Square Mall Sears - Craftsman hydraulic jack

I want to give a big THANK YOU to Bill in the tools department! He saw I needed help lifting a heavy hydraulic jack into my cart. He got it into my cart, processed my purchase and helped me get it into my car with the best attitude:) His nametag said "in training" so I do not know his last name, but he made me the happiest person!
