Delivery persons has a very LOUD car. Wakes me up every morning between 3:30 & 4:30 am. SUCKS!!! This is not the first loud car driven by a delivery person, nor the first issue. Some play their radio loud, some throw the paper on to the cement rather then put the paper in the paper holder. Bottom line the delivery people do not care that they disturb the sleep of people. Obviously the Oregonian has NO respect for others!
