Money missing from brokerage account and branch manager not returning calls

Money not found from an established brokerage account. Left several messages with Anthony Weston, Wells Fargo Summerville SC branch manager, and he has not returned any of my calls. I've also filed a complaint with the better business bureau and still have not been contacted by Anthony or anyone else at Wells Fargo.
