First off my son was offered a managment position with this company, then the owner turns around and fires him for something another employee accused him of saying. He was fired the Monday before Thankgsgiving and was told that his final paycheck would be sent to his home address. He still has yet to receive his final check. When he inquires about it he is told that he will be reported for harrassment and that he should be glad that he is even getting a check. Is there any way legally that we can get his check?
