Did not help me took to long to do anything with my case in the end i was droped from them

My nightmare started in may i was at a stop light and was hit from behind I called Larry H Parker he took my case did not her antthing till july. And then iI was informed that it was being sent to pierce & pierce they recived my case i called and was told that they would take the case and then i would call and ask what was going on and was told that it was being worked on. And then in march almost one year later i called and spoke wit scott preciado from pierce & pierce and we had a loud conversation and i was droped he said that he was no longer interested in the case. Will he still has not sent a letter to the other insurence co. So that i can try and do this my self.
