Armchem International Corporation Outside Sales Position-Various States-Industrial Chemical Sales-Does Not Pay

Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. Company: Armchem constantly advertises for outside sales positions.
Platitude of "you earn what you work for" statements. Owner is quick to jump on anyone with experience and invite them to meet with him. He explains that he will send sample materials to your residence for you to show to customers to gain sales.
He will even assign a co-worker to go out with you into the new territory for a few days. If, you are qualified in sales, particularily in industrial chemical products, then within three days, you are on your own.
After the first week, a paycheck arrived. During the second week on the job, the rep called in with his orders and was told by the receptionist that he was dismissed. He was told to return all of the samples, before he would receive a final paycheck.
The rep returned all of the materials. He never received his last paycheck. Upon calling the business, he tried to speak with the accountant, who was the "mother" of the owner. She never answered the calls, nor did she return them.
With calls to the owner, he never returned them. There was no further discussion. There was no final paycheck. There was no explanation.
The company never paid the rep for his second week on the job. The company, Armchem constantly advertises for new sales reps. Beware. Everyone needs a chance to survive. This company does not play professionally.
Seems that the owner takes the new accounts as fast as possible. Then, turns them into house accounts and fires the rep. What other reason would there be for him to constantly advertise on job sights for new sales people?
