Hi there

On 14 February I ordered the textbook, PRO TOOLS 101-An Introduction to Pro Tools 10 via [URL Removed] The book had an all-in cost price of $45 including shipment. A payment of R418 went through my cheque account and I received confirmation that the book will be delivered on 27 March. On 3 April, seeing that I had not received delivery of the item, I sent an e-mail to Amazon, via their website enquiring about the delay. They responded with an apology, and that they would place another order, and provided a new delivery date. Not long after that an amount of R538 was deduscted from my account. The reason sighted is that there are costs involved with placing another order, and they would refund me my R418 in 10 days.

I have thus been inconveinced for 10 days, and on top of it, I have now been charged an extra R120 for their delay. My response to them is met by automated e-mail accounts, and I cannot get clear answers.
I want my full R538 back and my book delievered on this new promised date.

I need a HUMAN BEING to contact me soonest and rectify this. This is totally unacceptable!!!

Regards,
