My flower order is 00717082, and I placed my order on 7/23 at 3:40pm Eastern Standard time. Please see the email below. Two minutes after I received this email. I realized that I put the wrong delivery address. I called your customer service and corrected the delivery address to California. I also asked the customer service whether the flowers could be delivered on 7/23. She ensured that the flowers could be delivered on 7/23 since it was before 2pm in California. It is already 7/24 at 9:41pm Eastern Standard Time. There is still no delivery made. How could the delivery be delayed for so many days? I request the full refund of the order and think your service is very unreliable. I would never use your service again.
