I felt it was necessary to wait, before I got in touch with Sears. I was so extremely angry I was afraid it would affect my ability to explain the problem.

I want a credit for the charge for installation (%u2018Gas Hookup Service, Item Number 000GH999000%u2019), along with tax. Sears refused to install my dryer even though I had done everything I was told was required in order to have Sears%u2019 to install. The deliveryman said one thing while the woman I spoke to on the gentleman%u2019s cell phone said something completely different. I wound up going around and around trying to get this straightened out but it was not possible. The explanation each gave was so completely different that there was no justification for the refusal to install the dryer.

After what I went through with Sears several years ago after the purchase of a dishwasher I swore I would never shop at Sears again. But when I saw that a dryer that was highly recommended was on sale I decided to go ahead and make the purchase, along with all the additional necessary expenditures. This was a BIG mistake.

I want the credit immediately since I have already gotten in touch with someone to install the dryer. I have never yelled as a store%u2019s employee the way I did today. I do not want to have to put up with any more aggravation. Enough is enough. I don%u2019t want to have anymore contact with your employees. I just want my money back. I just hope that after all of this the dryer works.
