Delivery Took 53 Minutes Instead of 35 and Pizza Was Lukewarm

So my boyfriend orders two medium pizzas for us and he is told that the wait time would be about 35 minutes and considering we live just a few blocks away we don't receive our pizzas until about 53 minutes later and a pizza is not even hot like it supposed to its like barely lukewarm and I called the place that is located at 773 for West Hefner Oklahoma City Oklahoma spoke to a supposedly manager and all he can tell me is that he is sorry WTF is up with that and I even tip the guy $3 and I payed with Visa Debit and my total came out to $27. This place sucks! I do not recommend it, and I will be telling everyone!
