Dominos pizza
Terrible Food, Terrible Service

We previously ordered 3 pizzas to be delivered. All 3 pizzas were horribly burnt and one of the pizzas had been completely wrong. Delivery was also late. When we complained about this, they sent us a coupon for a one medium, one topping pizza and they were very rude on the phone when we complained. We called to order the free pizza coupon tonight, and we were told on the phone that this specific store would not deliver to us even though it is their address right on the gift certificate and that this was the same Dominos that we have always used. When we explained that it is their address on the gift certificate, the girl on the phone asked if this gift certificate was due to a mess up order. We said yes and she then said that they would have to honor it since it was due to a mess up. At this point the girl on the phone said we would have to order something else with the medium one topping pizza because it was a gift certificate. Then she said we would have to pick it up and they would not be able to deliver it. When we pushed the situation, saying that we don't understand why they can't deliver the pizza since it was their mess up in the first place, she then said that they WOULD deliver it but we would have to pay for a delivery fee. So for THEIR mess up with inedible food, they would at first not give us the free pizza they said they would, would not deliver it and would make us pay for extra food plus a delivery fee. ARE YOU KIDDING DOMINOS? Seriously? Is this how you keep your customers? I don't think so. Epic FAIL. We will NEVER EVER EVER be ordering from them again.By the way, we did not order our free pizza since it wasn't really free. Too bad since other Dominos in other areas are fantastic. This one is horrible.
