Dominos late delivery

Our local Dominos Pizza delivery shop has been putting us on hold for more than twenty minutes, pizza is delivered late and cold. Pizza's that are advertised as specials are told to us that they are not included. The last 5 times that we have ordered pizza, the pizza has taken 50 to 60 minutes to be delivered. Recently we received a flyier advertising " a large pizza, either specialty or american legend and with the purchase you receive a mediem 1 topping pizza. The flyier instructed us to check out all the pizzas listed on the opposite site of the flyier. When I tried to order the large pizza, I was told that it was not included, even though it was listed on the menu for this special offer. We ended up ordering a pizza that we really did not want, plus the $5 dollar medium 1 topping pizza.

With this order, I told them that I wanted my pizza delivered "Hot" the last 5 pizzas we orderd where barely warm.

In addition, I was put on hold for more than 20 minutes, which is a regular occurance. The staff was not friendly at all, they were rude and very impatient with me. I was under the impression that you had improved the service of Dominos, but it has not been inproved here in San Mateo, California. After tonight, we will probably never order from Dominos again unles service is inproved.
