Ripoff What a bunch of mean people

SO my Dillards is behind and they sent my bill to a collections agency. No problem. However I was all set up to have a payment due on the 31st of May. Well Low and behold my employer decides that to not pay me until the 15th of June.

So immediately I call them and on Sat to tell them what is going on. They were immediately calling me a liar and stating that I am irresponible, because I dont pay my bills. Then they said can you borrow the money from someone, I advise them that I am on my own. And I that I dont think the check will bounce but I just wanted to let somebody know what is going on. And to call me asap. Than they guy said that they will see me in court and hung up the phone.

I called back to speak to a supervisor and (I think it was the same guy) and he was nice at first, but when I try to explain to him. He again said can you borrow the money from someone, told him that I was on my own and that I am going to school and working a full-time and a single mother. Than he said, "School is out already, summer school is almost over, you need to get another job than" I told him, that actually summer school started today. He called me liar and said that he did not have time for me and hung up the phone.

I called back and he answered and he said "I dont have time to deal with lazy black people like you" I immeditaley asked to be transferred to his supervisor. And this man was nice and understood my situation.

I am just so appealed that a so called professional company acts like this. This company is horrible.
