I ordered a birthday floral bouquet and balloon to be delivered on 9/9 to a residence in Michigan.By 8pm that night, the arrangement still had not been delivered and I called and emailed Troys Florist but received no response. Today (9/10) I spoke with a lady from Troys Florist and she could not provide any explanation as to why the arrangement hadn't been delivered.in addition, this company lacks customer service as they would not provide any make good offer for missing the delivery date, even though their website says they specialize in same day delivery and if the arrangement will not be delivered, their website says that they will contact the customer which never happened. They are a scam.
