Lousy Customer Service and does not GUARANTEE anything! (as they state) Online

FTD.com received my order for flowers to be delivered to my fiance on our anniversary. I ordered the "White Elegance" arrangement. (ALL WHITE FLOWERS) I come home to see that they had delivered an arrangement that was, in color, pink, red, purple and orange. I called FTD and they said they had a right to substitute flowers. They do but they MUST be of the SAME color! I had argued for over an hour and they decided to send out the florist to pick up the flowers OUT of my fiances HANDS!!! They had scheduled another delivery from a different florist to deliver the white flowers. I was contacted by the second florist to confirm delivery and was told the flowers were purple and yellow! I said do not deliver!!! Called FTD AGAIN and was told by a guy that they were working with a florist to bring out white flowers but delivery would not be until the following day. I said my anniversary is TODAY! They understood but couldn't do anything about it since they dropped the ball over the last 2 days. With the flowers, I had ordered godiva chocolates to be delivered as well. We recieved Russell Stover chocolates. (NO COMPARISON!) The white flowers FINALLY were delivered and 4 days later looked liked they had been trampled on by a herd of stampeding buffalo! Called FTD back and requested a full refund since they have a "GOOD AS GOLD" GUARANTEE that they will replace the flowers or give my money back. I was told after I would recieve a 25% discount.

DO NOT order through FTD.com do yourself a favor and go to a florist if at all possible and order something you can see. Do not trust what they post on their website and DO NOT TRUST WHAT ANY OF THEIR REP'S TELL YOU!!! 1800flowers.com seems to have better customer service than they do and I have used them in the past. I was just looking for a particular arrangment that FTD.com had on their website but could NOT deliver!
