This company sucks!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the incompetence level of your company. I am disappointed in myself for not performing the due diligence that I normally would have before trying a new company.

I placed on order late on Saturday night for delivery on Sunday because your website indicated I could have the arrangement delivered by 12:30. Much to my dismay, I received a call somewhere around 10:30 A.M. On Sunday indicating the florist would not be able to deliver by 12:30, but would be be able to deliver by 2. I waited until 4 P.M. To ask my sister if she received anything because I hadn't heard from her and it was unlike her to not acknowledge a gift. She had not. I received an email from your company confirming delivery, when in fact, it never happened. I contacted your company after 6 P.M. To advise the arrangement was not delivered and there was MASS chaos and confusion on your end about what happened. No valid explanation. I was told your company would follow up tomorrow and get back to me. At 9:30 A.M. On Monday (the day after the expected delivery... The day after my sister's birthday... The day after the disappointment by me and her that her birthday wasn't properly acknowledged) I called your company because I hadn't heard from them. At that time, they informed me of some B.S. Explanation about the florist not being able to make it in time and blah... Blah... Blah. Unacceptable. The consolation was, we will deliver it today (a day late and with significantly less impact) and with a note of apology.

What's a flower company that's not reliable? Useless.
