I ordered a flower arrangement on March 24th, and it was guaranteed 1 day delivery. It hadn't been delivered on the 25th, so I e-mailed them. I got back a response from them saying that the order had been delayed. This is the explanation that they e-mailed me: "Your order is set up for delivery on soonest possible day. We appreciate your concern and would like to extend a brief explanation on the late delivery. We delayed the delivery because we wanted to ensure the freshest flowers possible for the recipient. Due to the the value of the arrangement we did not want to over substitute the recipe. We wanted to ensure the arrangement's longevity and quality. We only hope that you can appreciate the extent of care and precaution we take on behalf of the recipient and the floral integrity. We apologize for any inconvenience. Regards, Pink Lotus Florist". THEN, 2 days after my order, I get a voice mail stating that they can't fill my order due to high prices of flowers in my area. They cancelled my order! I checked my bank account, and they charger me MORE than what I was told my order costed! This place is a rip off. Don't buy from here. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau!
