Terrible Customer Service! Do not receive what you paid for! Charged for services not enrolled in! - Establish LLC

Contacted Legal Zoom in April to establish an LLC. NEVER received the "final documentation" - in August went to establish a bank account and discovered never received documentation I paid for. Called in August, told they would send out paperwork. On 9/5, after never receiving, called AGAIN and was told the previous request was not followed up. I requested over-night mailing of the paperwork with an email identifying the tracking number. Did not receive email - did not receive package. Called AGAIN on 9/7. The package was sent out regular mail and will not receive for over 5 business days. It was not sent out that day - but two days later!!! Called customer service - on hold five times and hung up on 5 times waiting for a supervisor. This Company is TERRIBLE! I received a small credit because I paid for "expedited" service - what a joke! At this point, I should receive a total refund except for filing fees. BUT, I cannot get in touch with the supervisor. I am also being charged $29.99 per month for services I declined!
