Services paid for - not received

Paid to establish an LLC on 4-21-13. On this date, 9-7-13, still do not have paperwork! Have called customer service now 7 times! No follow-up and Company have not done what was promised.

Also, being charged for monthly "attorney services" declined months ago! Billing me monthly!

I want a full refund (minus filing fees) for their services based on their established and printed "guarantee - paragraph 4."
