Comcast Horrible service!

Comcast is CRAP! Besides the fact that my internet and phone line stops working every month or so their customer service is a joke. I called 3 separate times to get my bill lowered these past few months and each time I was told it would be taken care of. But it wasn't! The most recent time they had to come out and fix the phone line. Where our main phone plugs in we had a dual jack port adapter so I could also plug the printer in. The technician literally pulled it out of the main cable port and I just found out 3 weeks later that costed me $50. The technician never warned me at all that I would be charged for something so menial! If they would've told me in the first place I could've removed it myself, but of course thats not good for business. All he said was "oh that might be causing problems" (even though its been there for over a year). Not to mention he left my cable box open, wires hanging out everywhere and wire clippings and trash laying right below my box! When I called in and spoke with a manager "Roy" from Guadalajara Mexico he informed me that the fee was totally valid and there was nothing he could do. PAATHHEETIIIC! Canceling my service ASAP
