No service or delivery of goods!

Me and my daughter ordered the Mighty Raspberry Ketone diet pills and they deducted the money the very same day. To date we're still waiting for delivery! The money went of on 25/07 and they said delivery takes place in 3-5 working days. It has been 4 weeks and nothing!!! I've being in contact with them several times and they said because they are based in USA delivery takes 2-3 weeks. I've since mailed them every week to get feedback on the delivery and phoned them several times as well - still nothing!!! The last mail they send me last week was to say I must contact customs to see if they are keeping the package??
