So many complaints, so to not bore you all out, here's a list.

1. When we tried to transfer our Internet due to our move, Comcast shut everything off instead of transferring.

2. Comcast re-scheduled our appointment TWICE

3. When Technician was suppose to be out from 2-4, he didn't show up until almost 6 (of course we were not home because we thought Comcast wasn't coming). The tech told us he gives us 5 minutes to get home. We asked for is name, he gave us a 5 digit code. Nicely we asked him to give us 15 minutes to drive home, he said it's not his job and hung up on us.

4. We called Customer Service, they tried to re-schedule us for the 3rd time. Not to mention we lost their call somehow and the CS Rep never returned our call.

5. The 2nd tech came out at 8 P.M. That day. All he had to do was plug in a cable from outside because we already had everything set up and all equipments.

6. We received a $100 bill for the Technician's job of coming out. ARE YOU SERIOUS???!!! To plug in a cable which took seconds and after we got treated like crap?! This should have been a transfer, not a NEW customer set-up!

I'm sure this isn't the last of my complaints. I can't afford to go anywhere else because their internet service is fast but customer service sucks so bad.
