The date I am giving is an approximate date. I live in a tri-plex townhouse in Seattle washington Ziop 98144. I have had cable service with DirectTV for more than 3 years at this residence. About a year ago my next door neighbor in Unit A had cable service installed by Comcast. The Comcast technician cut my cable line and used my DirectTV cable line to set up service for my next door neighbor. It was appraent after finding that the cableline for for my diretTV was outof service until I talked with the nieghbor Vicki Chatters. I was told by her that the Comcast technician could not tell which line to use, so he cut my cable line. I then had to call DirectTV and they sent someone out and it was verified that my service was interrupted. There were cable staples and cut wire with the connectors on the ground and the cable line was definitely DiretTV's. DirectTV charged me for the service call of $49.00. I was told by DirectTV that the interuption was caused by bad weather. I have been given the run around about this issue. My service was interupted again sometime this month by the removal of the DirectTV Dish affixed to residence where I live and it was raised up higher on the building. I took pictures of this. I was not notified of this action. I called my landlord the property owner. He told me that Ms. Chatters called him and said "somethings happened" I need your permission to move the satellite Dish. I called Mr. Alexander Hicks regarding the change since I had cable service with DirectTV and I did not receive notice of any change.
